AI Training Programs
Your staff are already using AI. Train them to use it well — and safely.
Whether you’ve sanctioned it or not, someone on your team pasted company data into a chatbot this month. The answer isn’t a ban — it’s capability: clear policy, real skills, and a plan for where AI genuinely pays off in your business. We teach from production experience, not slideware.

Four ways we build AI capability in your team
Staff AI-Readiness Workshops
Half-day or full-day sessions, on-site or remote, tailored to your industry and your actual workflows. Your team leaves knowing what today’s AI can and can’t do, where it helps in their specific role, and how to spot AI output that’s confidently wrong. No hype, no doom — working demonstrations on scenarios drawn from your business.
Safe-AI-Use Policy
A practical, one-page-per-topic policy your staff will actually follow: which tools are approved, what data can never leave the building, how AI output gets reviewed before it reaches a customer, and who to ask when it’s unclear. Written with you, rolled out with a training session, and revisited as the tools change.
Hands-On Claude & Copilot Training
Practical, role-specific training on Claude and Microsoft 365 Copilot: drafting and summarizing with your real document types, building reusable prompts for recurring tasks, and using Copilot inside Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. We build AI systems with Claude for a living — your team learns from practitioners, not a script.
AI Readiness Assessment
A structured advisory engagement ($5,000) that answers the question every owner is asking: where would AI actually pay off here? We review your workflows, data, and systems; identify the highest-ROI automation candidates with estimated hours saved; flag the risks; and deliver a prioritized roadmap you can execute — with us or without us.
Why train with us
Taught by the people who ship AI, not just talk about it
Plenty of consultants will run an “AI awareness” session assembled from headlines. Our material comes from systems we run in production: Claude-powered document parsing, automated dispatch, AI-assisted helpdesk triage. When your team asks “but does that actually work?”, we answer with a live system, real failure modes we’ve hit, and the guardrails we built because of them.
That grounding changes what your staff take away — not “AI is coming,” but “here are the three things I’ll do differently on Monday.”
Ask About a Workshop- Industry-tailored — examples from your world: orders, invoices, service tickets, production data
- Role-specific tracks — office staff, operations, and leadership each get what’s relevant to them
- Policy included — capability and guardrails ship together, not as separate projects
- Measurable follow-up — 30-day check-in on what stuck and what needs reinforcing
- A path to production — when training surfaces an automation opportunity, we can build it
Start with an AI Readiness Assessment
Two weeks, a fixed fee, and you’ll know exactly where AI pays off in your business — and where it doesn’t. That clarity alone usually pays for the engagement.
